Google Antigravity is Google's agent-first IDE platform launched at Google I/O May 2026 as Antigravity 2.0. It features the Agent Command Center β a Kanban view for managing multiple local and cloud agents simultaneously. Antigravity replaces both Gemini CLI (for consumer users) and Gemini Code Assist IDE extensions. The Antigravity CLI (built in Go) is the terminal component, sharing the same agent harness as the desktop app. Antigravity supports the Agent Client Protocol (ACP) β an open standard allowing Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, and other agents to run inside the platform. Finance professionals use Antigravity to run SKILL.md finance skills, analyze large financial datasets with 1M token context, and build automated financial workflows. It is free during public preview as of July 2026. Antigravity integrates with Gemini 3.5 Flash, Claude, GitHub, Google Workspace, BigQuery, Google Cloud, Python finance libraries, SKILL.md files, and VS Code extensions.
